In 2018, I made a web-based project. In this project, I created a web-based application that aims to analyze the workload of employees in the company. The way it works is quite easy, users only need to enter data on employee assignments that contain job descriptions, the number of assignments, time, unit time, type of assignment, the period of assignment, and also the relevance to the application. This application can also monitor the tasks of employees by looking at the task history and also the graph presented so that employers can easily see the performance of employees through the application. In addition, the output of this application also consists of reports that can be exported to several documents such as PDF, XLSX, and HTML. I also thank Insan Performa Consultants for their support this application can be made according to the needs of the company. Hopefully, this will be the beginning of good cooperation with the Insan Performa Consultants.
